Client-Focused Employment Counsellor

As an Employment Counsellor, you will utilize a client-focused approach to assess needs, develop personalized plans, and oversee case management. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct eligibility assessments for employment programs

• Develop and implement Employment Action Plans

• Provide ongoing employment counselling and support

• Identify barriers and coordinate referrals to community resources

• Facilitate workshops and employment outreach activities

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Career Development or equivalent

• Minimum of two years in relevant fields

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
