Cota Health is seeking a Recovery-Oriented Case Manager to deliver client-centered, holistic supports within our ARCS program. You will assess needs, develop safety and recovery plans, coordinate services, and support housing, health, and community resources for individuals with mental health challenges.
Working in a multidisciplinary team, you will document interactions, liaise with families and supports, and uphold programming standards while fostering dignity, respect, and equity in care.
