In this role, you will work within the Adult Justice Community Programs to develop and manage alternative interventions for individuals. The Assistant Supervisor will foster collaboration with community partners while addressing participant needs in a supportive manner. Ideal candidates will possess robust problem-solving skills and expertise in community justice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and modify community justice programs
• Liaise with judges and community stakeholders
• Enhance team effectiveness through training and support
• Monitor compliance with budget and policies
• Lead case management and incident resolution efforts
Requirements:
• Two years of relevant supervisory experience
• Comprehensive understanding of justice system protocols
• Skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution
• Experience engaging with diverse populations
• Willingness to travel throughout local regions
