Your capabilities in active listening and group facilitation will support members on their wellness journeys, driving recruitment and fostering retention through personal relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops while implementing behavior change principles

• Promote community engagement by representing WW at events

• Encourage member recruitment through relationship building

• Provide empathetic coaching and support to members

• Utilize social media for positive member interaction

Requirements:

• Social media savvy with content creation experience

• Strong active listening skills to assist members effectively

• Experience in group facilitation preferred

• Willingness to travel to various workshop locations

• Ability to lift 11.3 kg (25 lb) for material restocking
