Position: Springboard Youth Justice Worker Role
Take on a vital role at Springboard as a Youth Justice Worker in Toronto, focusing on case management and community engagement for young individuals. This full-time position offers the chance to foster personal growth and emotional resilience in youth.

You will be part of a dedicated team providing services to justice-involved youth aged 12-24, where you'll conduct intakes, assess needs, and facilitate individualized programming. Your approach will be centered on building trust and utilizing trauma-informed strategies to connect youth with community resources and support networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual assessments and develop service plans

• Facilitate group programming focusing on emotional skills

• Maintain open communication with youth and stakeholders

• Utilize crisis intervention strategies as needed

• Support TDSB partnership initiatives

Requirements:

• 2-year diploma in related social services field

• 2 years working with youth or vulnerable populations

• Knowledge of community resources

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Eligible for Vulnerable Sector Screening
