Position: Toronto Community Care Coordinator Role
Become a vital part of MAiDHouse in Toronto as a Community Care Coordinator, focusing on guiding individuals through the MAiD process with empathy and precision. This role champions emotional support and detailed coordination.

You will oversee the seamless delivery of services at MAiDHouse, acting as the first point of contact and maintaining essential follow-up care. Collaboration with another coordinator is key, ensuring support during the different phases of care.

Your role includes managing community relationships, documentation, and service logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate service delivery with healthcare providers and families

• Manage documentation for all client interactions

• Ensure a prepared and welcoming physical space

• Engage pro-actively with community outreach efforts

• Support the transition of clients through follow-up services

Requirements:

• Strong emotional intelligence and organizational skills

• Experience in grief support or related roles

• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and navigate the space

• Comfort with an irregular work schedule
