Join Findhelp as a Service Navigator to enhance community connections in Saskatchewan. This full-time role focuses on integrating clients with essential services through compassionate and effective support.
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Service Navigator for a one-year contract with Findhelp.
Your role will be centered on guiding clients toward necessary health and social services, utilizing your problem-solving skills and trauma-informed approach. As a trusted partner in addressing societal inequities, you'll play a key part in improving access and providing a better quality of life for community members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients through various communication channels
• Assess client needs and develop tailored solutions
• Ensure trauma-informed and anti-oppressive practices
• Maintain service excellence and quality standards
• Adapt to variable schedules, including nights and weekends
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in social services or relevant sectors
• Proven commitment to equity and inclusion principles
• Strong collaborative and independent working skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency
• Knowledge of social service systems and resources
