Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement impactful social service programs

• Facilitate regular support groups for families

• Provide sensitive bereavement counseling services

• Coordinate Family Council meetings successfully

• Maintain outreach relations with essential community services

Requirements:

• Diploma in social services, gerontology, or equivalent

• Open registration under the Social Work and Social Services Work Act

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience

• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrable commitment to safeguarding dignity and integrity
