Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals with spinal cord injuries in community settings
• Act as a knowledgeable resource and advocate
• Assist with equipment, transportation, and personal support goals
• Educate clients on topics related to spinal cord injury
Requirements:
• University degree in social sciences or related field
• At least three years in community rehabilitation settings
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and case management systems
• Bilingual communication skills are an asset
