Wood Green Community Services is hiring an Awake Overnight Youth Worker for the Withrow Program. This permanent full-time role focuses on promoting safety, equity, and engagement with youth aged 12 to 24. You will utilize your communication and observation skills to assess and meet clients' diverse needs within a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment for clients

• Implement youth and family engagement strategies

• Conduct assessments under agency guidelines

• Maintain accurate clinical records swiftly

• Represent the agency professionally in various settings

Requirements:

• University or college degree in relevant fields

• Experience in youth services preferred

• Certifications in First Aid/CPR and aggression management

• Strong administrative and verbal communication skills

• An Ontario G driver’s license is advantageous
