As a vital member of LOFT's Crisis Outreach Services for Seniors (COSS), you'll lead a dedicated team in delivering critical services to older adults facing mental health and substance use challenges. This role emphasizes team leadership and collaboration with community partners while ensuring compliance and quality in service delivery. Your impactful leadership facilitates optimal care for vulnerable populations, supporting their well-being through empowering advocacy and structured assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site operations and staff compliance with standards

• Promote client independence through coaching and advocacy

• Lead scheduling, training, and performance management efforts

• Conduct operational oversight and maintain accurate documentation

• Engage clients in community-building activities

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in health care/social services field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mental health services

• Strong crisis intervention and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with harm reduction and PSR principles

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
