Fueled by a passion for education, the College of Early Childhood Educators seeks a Bilingual Investigator. This full-time position offers an opportunity to facilitate high-quality learning while ensuring compliance through effective investigations.
In this role, you will analyze complaints and issues related to early childhood education, contributing to the College's mission. With a commitment to anti-racism and inclusion, your work will promote a safe environment for diverse communities. You will lead investigations with professionalism and impartiality, reporting directly to the Manager of Investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and review complaints thoroughly
• Develop investigative plans based around findings
• Collect and assess relevant information and documentation
• Create detailed interview summaries of findings
• Organize and maintain investigation records
Requirements:
• Completion of a two or three-year college program
• Bilingual proficiency in French/English (Level C1)
• Experience in the regulatory or early childhood sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain neutral in sensitive situations
