Position: Senior Developmental Worker for TAY

In this permanent position, you will develop personalized goal plans and support services aimed at fostering independence in youth transitioning from child welfare. Flexibility to work various shifts is essential for meeting the unique needs of clients and promoting community integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement developmental goal plans for individuals

• Support service delivery based on individual needs

• Facilitate life skills training and community inclusion

• Monitor and document behavioral support plans

• Collaborate with staff in program and crisis management

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education in Social Services

• At least two years experience with dual diagnosis populations

• CPR/First Aid and Crisis Prevention certifications required

• Strong IT skills, including MS Office

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
