Your role will involve conducting assessments, implementing immediate safety interventions, and providing referrals for legal and counseling support. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute prompt client intakes and assessments
• Facilitate development of safety plans when necessary
• Offer relevant referrals for legal aid and support services
• Record client information accurately in the management system
• Maintain follow-up with clients for ongoing support
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma in social work or law
• A minimum of two years working with gender-based violence survivors
• Knowledge of anti-oppression frameworks
• Strong de-escalation and risk assessment skills
• Capable of utilizing client management software
Drive change and provide essential support for vulnerable populations at the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic.
