Youth Case Management Specialist

In this role, you will engage with young clients aged 12-20, ensuring their safety and providing holistic support through intensive case management. This position is crucial in maintaining facility operations while guiding youth through their healing journeys as part of a dedicated team. You will report to the Senior Case Manager and manage day-to-day facility activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure client safety through active supervision

• Document client progress with detailed reports

• Develop comprehensive case plans for individuals

• Address medical needs and administer medication

• Facilitate group activities and programming

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in Corrections or related field

• Diploma in Social Service Work or similar

• Fluency in French preferred

• Demonstrated understanding of case management

• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification required
