Key Responsibilities:
• Implement eviction prevention strategies for tenants
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling support
• Assist tenants in resolving hoarding and pest control issues
• Collaborate with tenants and staff for de-cluttering assistance
• Develop individualized support plans with referral partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
• 3-5 years experience in a supportive housing setting
• Knowledge of pest control and harm reduction practices
• Strong crisis intervention skills
• Cultural competency in diverse backgrounds
