This full-time, permanent role in the Employment Services Department involves crucial interaction with vulnerable youth. You will provide case coordination, educational planning, and advocacy to break down barriers they encounter. Your efforts will be pivotal in guiding youth toward successful educational outcomes and community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support onsite student success with educational staff
• Assess and respond to individual needs for learning
• Facilitate educational planning and goal achievement
• Coordinate referrals for skills development and training
• Document cases accurately and maintain records
Requirements:
• Educational background in youth work, social work, or related area
• Two years of experience in youth engagement
• Awareness of education systems and financial resources
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in case management software
