Position: Toronto Community Service Worker Role

In this role with the Sound Times program, you will collaborate with staff to create a nurturing environment for clients. Your responsibilities will encompass advocating for individuals and linking them to vital resources, all while maintaining essential documentation and relationships with other services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to assess support needs

Requirements:

• Relevant educational background or two years of service experience

• Familiarity with mental health and addiction issues

• Personal insights as a user of these services

• Strong organizational and flexibility skills

• Ability to adjust to flexible working hours
