Position: Service Coordinator for Youth Support

As a Service Coordinator, you will work directly with families of children and youth facing mental health concerns and developmental disabilities. This role requires collaboration, planning, and the ability to connect families to vital community services promptly. Your expertise will guide families through crises while ensuring documentation meets all relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with families facing mental health challenges

• Initiate service connections for timely support

• Document client information accurately

• Employ Evidence-Based tools for risk behavior management

• Connect with community resources for ongoing support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related field

• At least 1 year experience with children and youth

• Knowledge of mental health disorders and community resources

• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders

• Cultural sensitivity and anti-oppressive approach
