Key Responsibilities:
• Review referrals and client plans from WSIB or CPP-D
• Deliver vocational rehabilitation services focused on client needs
• Identify suitable employment options for returning clients
• Provide guidance on job search strategies and interview prep
• Document individualized rehabilitation plans and conduct labor market analyses
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years of experience in employment support
• Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Sciences, or equivalent
• Professional designation like CVRP or OCCOQ preferred
• Familiarity with labor market conditions required
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
