Yee Hong Home Support Services Coordinator

Drive the coordination of home support services at Yee Hong Centre as a Program Coordinator. This role is central to enhancing services for seniors through effective community interactions.

In your role as Program Coordinator, you will report to the Program Manager/Assistant Director. You will oversee the daily delivery of support services while ensuring the highest standards in senior care. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, health care, or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required

• Supervisory experience preferred
