This position within Springboard's Integrated Employment Services Program is centered on fostering partnerships between diverse clients and employers. You'll engage directly with community businesses to advocate for inclusive hiring and create tailored strategies that meet unique client needs. By facilitating workshops and events, you'll enhance collaboration and ensure meaningful employment outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop targeted strategies for employer engagement
• Conduct outreach to establish partnerships for job opportunities
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure job placement success
• Facilitate job-related events and workshops for employers
• Maintain accurate documentation for reporting and compliance
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in marketing or related field
• 2+ years experience with employer partnerships
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in CRM and reporting systems
• Knowledge of workforce needs and trends
