Covenant House Toronto is seeking 8 dedicated Youth Workers for the Resident Services & Winter Respite Department. This onsite, full-time role supports a 24/7 residential program, with day and evening shifts in both the Respite and Resident Services areas.
You will assess needs through a trauma-informed lens, develop plans with youth and Case Managers, facilitate life skills, and connect youth to community supports while documenting progress.
