Hospital Social Worker Master of Social Work

Reporting to the assigned unit Manager, you will provide care and service to diverse patients and families across clinical areas. The position emphasizes psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, community services, and patient support throughout the hospital. Hospital experience is required.

• Provide care and service to diverse patient populations

• Master of Social Work degree
• Registration with Ontario College of Social Workers
• Experience working in a hospital setting

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and judgement skills
