Support people with developmental disabilities as a Direct Support Professional in Orillia, with community-based work and occasional Night Sleep Support. This full-time, on-site position includes varied shifts.

Karis Disability Services seeks a permanent Community Flex Direct Support Professional. The work assists people in their homes and communities, supporting daily life, skill development, self-determination, and relationships. The schedule includes alternative weekends, mornings, evenings, nights, and last-minute call-ins.

• Assist people with developmental disabilities in homes and communities
• Support daily life and personal growth
• Help people learn skills for development
• Provide occasional Night Sleep Support
• Respond to urgent needs during overnight support

• Minimum 30 hours of Direct Support Professional work
• Availability for varied shifts and alternative weekends
• Availability for nights and last-minute call-ins
• Full G license and personal automobile insurance
• Related post-secondary education preferred
