As a Software Developer at Provider Soft, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a highly-skilled, distributed development team to advance the leading SaaS ERP solution for the Early Childhood Education market. Our software provides the case management, compliance monitoring, EHR, and fiscal oversight functionality that drives the success of these organizations.

• Participate in requirements discovery and feature design
• Implement new features, bug fixes, optimizations, and improvements throughout the entire stack
• Engage in code review to vet design choices, enforce convention, and share knowledge
• Collaborate with quality assurance to develop test plans and documentation covering new development
• Expand our automated test framework and test suite

• General knowledge of software development concepts, best practices, strategies, and methodologies
• Understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate these into functional and efficient software solutions
• 2+ years experience developing web-based applications with ASP.NET and databases with Microsoft SQL Server
• Willingness to wear multiple hats
• Bachelor's degree a plus, preferably in a related field such as computer science

Provider Soft was the dream product of a pediatric physical therapist and Early Intervention agency owner. The challenge was to effectively and efficiently manage business, and to stay ahead of the curve. A solution of technology was explored, and years were dedicated to designing, developing, and testing a prototype.

With the help of the prototype, the Agency was able to grow from a small organization servicing families in the immediate area, to include hundreds of providers servicing over 1500 children and their families. It was the ability to increase productivity, maximize service delivery, carefully track referrals, monitor performance, meet all expected deadlines, decrease expenses, and exceed the standards during audits that facilitated this growth.

Provider Soft became a standalone technology firm in 2007, having successfully evolved from the experimental stage into a viable commercial software as a service company serving agencies across the nation. We are constantly striving to improve usability, performance, and feature-sets, and are constantly evolving to meet the ever-changing needs of health and education regulations. Your home! Provider Soft's regular office is a virtual network. Each member of the team works from home communicating via Microsoft Teams and coordinating with online project management tools.
