Full Stack Engineer - AI Platform Leader

Overview  Full Stack Engineer - AI Platform Leader. We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and optimize applications that power critical business workflows. You will work across both frontend and backend systems, creating scalable APIs, modern web interfaces, and reliable services that impact thousands of users daily. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver features end-to-end while learning and growing your technical expertise.
As a mid-level engineer, you’ll take ownership of key components, contribute to architectural discussions, and bring ideas to life through clean, maintainable code. You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, mentorship, and building high-quality systems that scale as our products and customer base continue to grow.

What You’ll Do   Build End-to-End Features:
Develop both backend services and frontend interfaces using modern frameworks.
Contribute to System Design:
Participate in design reviews and help shape solutions that balance scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver high-impact features.
Write Clean, Testable Code:
Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and peer reviews.
Operational Excellence:
Support deployments, monitor services, and help improve reliability and observability.
Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date with modern tools and technologies, while seeking opportunities to grow your technical skills.

What We’re Looking For   Professional

Experience:

5+ years of building and deploying production-ready applications.

Languages:

Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Python, Java, or Node.js) and strong frontend skills with JavaScript/Type Script and React.
Databases:

Experience with relational databases (Postgre

SQL, MySQL) and familiarity with No

Cloud &

Infrastructure:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
