.Net Developer

Job Title:

.NET Developer (8–10 Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in both Web and Win Forms technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on experience across the .NET ecosystem, including modern frameworks, UI controls, application performance, and integration with enterprise systems.

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET Framework 4.5, .NET Core 6.0+, and ASP.NET technologies.
• Implement robust server‑side logic using MVC, Web API, and WCF.
• Design and develop applications using Win Forms with Dev Express and other 3rd‑party UI controls.
• Work within Agile and Dev Ops environments to deliver high‑quality, scalable applications.
• Utilize Entity Framework and LINQ for data access and business logic implementation.
• Perform application profiling, performance tuning, exception handling, and logging.
• Integrate applications with external systems and ensure smooth data exchange.
• Follow secure coding standards and enforce best practices for product and code quality.
• Collaborate effectively with onsite teams and customers, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Support Copilot App Migration Agent and Google Code Assist activities as part of modernization initiatives.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and source control using Git Hub or TFS.

• Strong expertise in .NET Web and Win Forms development.
• Proficient in ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core 6.0+, Web API, , and server‑side coding.
• Experience with Dev Express and other UI component libraries for Win Forms.
• Hands‑on proficiency in Blazor, WCF, and modern Web API frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology and Dev Ops practices.
• Strong application performance optimization and debugging skills.
• Expertise in Entity Framework, LINQ, and secure coding practices.
• Experience in scalability, security, monitoring, and performance improvements.
• Familiarity with lifecycle tools, CI/CD, unit testing, and SCM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exposure to modern migration tools such as Copilot App Migration Agent and Google Code Assist.
• Experience with application modernization and cloud‑readiness practices.
• Understanding of enterprise integrations and large‑scale distributed systems.
