Salesforce Developer

- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Lead and contribute to Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into technical design and scalable solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications including workflows, validation rules, process automation, and integrations.
- Ensure data security through proper configuration of sharing rules, role hierarchy, profiles, and permission sets.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams in an Agile delivery model.
- Participate in CI/CD processes, code reviews, and deployment activities using Salesforce deployment tools.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Salesforce applications.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience working in banking or financial services environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD processes.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
