Artificial Intelligence Consultant
We are looking for an AI Developer to join our team to work with the Customer Service
team to identify how AI can improve processes and implement AI agents which
empower customer service teams to handle higher volumes, reduce response times,
and deliver better customer experiences. This is a unique opportunity that will give the
selected candidate the ability to build production-grade AI systems, including LLM-
powered applications and agentic workflows.

About YouYou have hands‑on experience building and deploying Generative AI systems in
production, including integration with LLM providers. Your strength lies in translating
business problems into technical solutions, paired with a natural curiosity to understand
how processes work so you can automate and improve them. Organizing content and
data to feed AI systems comes naturally to you. Clear communication with non‑technical
stakeholders is essential, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can
make a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Customer Service team to identify opportunities where AI can improve processes and increase productivity.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate repetitive tasks and enable teams to scale their impact.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure the data required for MCP servers is accessible and properly structured.
- Organize and structure content and data to ensure AI systems have the inputs needed to perform effectively.
- Develop and maintain LLM‑powered applications and agentic workflows in
- Continuously evaluate and improve AI solutions based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Experience building and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows in production.
- Proficiency in Python with experience building custom MCP servers, LLM integrations, and third‑party APIs.
- Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to optimize AI outputs through effective prompting techniques.
- Experience with SQL to access and structure data for AI systems.
- Strong understanding of data organization, structuring, and preparation for AI systems
- Understanding of standard Customer Service processes and how AI can improve them.
