• Professional software development experience of 8-12 years, with at least 5 years in building backend services using Java (Spring Boot strongly preferred).

• Experience with event streaming and asynchronous processing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and managed services.
• Experience with performance and scalability work, including load testing and JVM tuning.

• Design and implement robust REST/Graph

• Develop responsive front-end applications using React/Angular/Vue with TypeScript.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with automated tests and deployments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and containerization.
• Set up monitoring and alerting systems and drive incident response and root cause analysis.
• Mentor developers, lead design reviews, and work cross-functionally to ship outcomes.
