Role SummaryWe're seeking a Front End Tech Lead to shape the future of AI‑powered document interaction. In this role, you'll lead a small engineering team while designing and implementing front‑end features for our automation platform and machine learning engine. You'll work directly with customers to optimize our AI‑powered UX, architect components for next‑generation document‑based human/AI interaction, and run UX/UI experiments to improve AI productivity.
WhatWe Have
We have three full stack applications that are AI augmented that help users work through medical claims effectively. These are powered by a combination of our ML pipeline, LLM summarization models and RAG/Context engineering. We also have a component library to standardize front‑end components.
What you'll be doing- Designing and implementing key front‑end features for our automation platform and advanced machine learning engine.
- Leading the creation of customer‑centric features in response to growing client demand, tactfully enhancing our core product with additional benefits.
- Crafting front‑end components with an emphasis on usability, performance, and adherence to best coding practices.
- Leading a small team of engineers.
- Running experiments on UX/UI patterns to improve AI productivity.
- Excellent proficiency in front‑end development (mainly use React).
- Experience or interest working with document editing and parsing.
- Experience working across multiple engineering teams to deliver projects.
- A track record of developing high‑quality, maintainable code.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills in an independent and team setting.
- Are enthusiastic about working in a fast‑paced, innovative environment, contributing to a team that aims to make a significant impact in the medical and insurance tech space.
