As a Senior Fullstack Developer at the AI Centre of Excellence (COE) within the Office of the Chief Technology Officer at EY, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of robust fullstack solutions for advanced AI applications. Your role will encompass architecting scalable web interfaces and backend systems, integrating cutting‑edge machine learning models, and optimizing workflows for performance and reliability.

You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into secure, maintainable, and production‑ready code. • Fullstack Development:
  Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across the UI and backend.
• UI/UX Integration:
  Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user‑friendly interfaces that integrate AI outputs effectively.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead and manage a fullstack development team, both onshore and offshore, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across all team members.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with business stakeholders and backend teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust solutions.
• Code Quality:
  Maintain high standards of code quality through best practices, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Technical Leadership:
  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
• Problem‑Solving:
  Identify and troubleshoot issues across the fullstack, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to development processes.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in fullstack development and UI/UX design, applying them to enhance existing applications.

  Compliance and Accessibility:
  Ensure that the application adheres to accessibility standards and implement security best practices to protect sensitive client data.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Web Development or a closely related technical field.
• Experience:
  
  4‑6 years of experience in fullstack development, with a strong focus on UI/UX integration and application performance.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Advanced proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React or Angular, and strong knowledge of JavaScript/Type Script. Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g., Python, .NET) is a plus. Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap). Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating front‑end applications with backend services.

  Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Communication:
