The Role
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale the next generation of our platform.

This role spans:

Core backend architecture

Customer-facing feature development

API design and integrations

Reliability and performance improvements

AI-native systems

This is not a ticket-driven role.

You will work directly with the Founder and engineering team to solve real operational problems and ship production systems that impact thousands of deliveries a day. We expect you to have strong product skills and a passion for owning features end to end.

What You’ll Work On

Shipping new user-facing features across our products

Improving dispatch, batching, and routing logic

Enhancing performance and reliability of backend systems

Building automation systems to reduce manual operational work

Designing and launching APIs for customers and partners

Some really exciting projects:

Developing AI agents to assist drivers in the field

AI first solutions to reduce human dispatching and monitoring of fleets

Engineering new cold-chain ideas and temperature-sensitive delivery solutions

This role blends traditional product engineering with AI-native system design.

Our Stack
We currently build on:

Google Cloud Platform (App Engine, Cloud Task etc.)

JavaScript / Type Script

Node.js backend services

React frontend

Postgre

SQL and cloud-managed databases

RESTful APIs and third-party integrations (payments, logistics providers, etc.)

LLM APIs and AI tooling integrated into production workflows

You don’t need to be an expert in every part of this stack, but you should be comfortable learning quickly and contributing meaningfully.

AI-First Engineering

You will:

Actively use AI-assisted development tools

Prototype and ship AI-driven workflows

Build production systems that integrate LLM-based reasoning where appropriate

Design structured tool access and event-driven automation

Experiment, iterate, and deploy responsibly

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of product-focused software engineering experience

Strong full-stack capabilities

Strong product and problem solving skills.

Experience designing production APIs

Comfort working in ambiguous, startup environments

Bias for shipping and iterating

Strong debugging and reliability mindset

Nice to have:

Experience with event-driven systems

Experience with logistics.

Experience integrating AI systems into production software.
