Job Description
We are seeking a Software Engineer I to join our team and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of customer‑facing forms and tools across backend, frontend, and API components. This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on building high‑quality, maintainable solutions using Java with the Spring framework and Angular, working within established engineering standards and delivery practices.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in software engineering, a strong quality mindset, and experience collaborating within cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications And Experience

3–5 years of hands‑on software engineering experience

Strong proficiency in Java with experience using the Spring framework (e.g., Spring Boot)

Experience developing frontend applications using Angular

Experience building and enhancing RESTful APIs

Exposure to Node.js‑based components and familiarity with npm for dependency management and build tasks

Experience working with Microsoft Azure–hosted applications, including deploying, configuring, or supporting cloud‑based solutions

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated build and deployment processes

Experience writing and maintaining unit tests to support application quality and stability

Familiarity with standard development tools such as Git, Docker, and Linux‑based environments

Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and contribute to technical documentation
