Unreal Engine Developer

Join our team building Gothic Hell:
Survivors - an extraction roguelike set in a dark, stylized world of demonic ruins and vertical combat arenas. Built in Unreal Engine 5.
This is a unique opportunity to work on an original IP from the ground up with a small, experienced team that values craft and creative ownership.
We are looking for a developer with 2+ years of Unreal experience who loves making games and has something playable to show for it - whether that's a personal project, a jam game, or shipped work.

Key Responsibilities   Build and iterate on core gameplay systems in UE5 (Blueprints and/or C++)
Prototype and refine mechanics - combat, movement, AI, VFX triggers
Implement world interactions, player feedback, and moment-to-moment game feel
Optimize for mid-spec hardware (profiling, LODs, streaming)
Collaborate with art, design, and audio in a remote-first, async workflow
Qualifications   2+ years working in Unreal Engine (UE4 or UE5)
At least one playable project you can share
Comfortable with gameplay programming in Blueprint and/or C++
Can self-manage and communicate well in a remote team
Nice to have   

Experience with combat systems, animation blueprints, or AI behavior trees
Familiarity with Gameplay Ability System (GAS)
Background in atmospheric or action-oriented games
