Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. You will work on server-side logic, create RESTful APIs, integrate front-end components, and ensure the performance and responsiveness of our applications. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain server-side logic for web applications using Ruby on Rails.

Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front-end components.

Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure application security, performance, and reliability.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails framework.

Solid understanding of MVC architecture and design patterns.

Hands-on experience with relational databases such as Postgre

SQL or MySQL.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Knowledge of testing frameworks and automated testing practices.

Understanding of RESTful API design principles.

Ability to write secure, maintainable, and scalable code.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

Experience with performance optimization and caching strategies.

Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
