As a Lead Backend Engineer, your role centers on developing scalable services that manage ad creatives from transcoding to delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and architect scalable media processing microservices

• Drive performance and efficiency in ad delivery systems

• Maintain SLOs and system reliability through monitoring

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in backend system development

• Strong skills in distributed systems and performance

• Proficient in Golang or Elixir; focus on code quality

• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform

• Experience managing Postgre
