ProjectThis is a hands‑on delivery role focused on building and releasing Service Now solutions. As a Service Now Developer, you are responsible for delivering complex, hands‑on Service Now HRSD solutions that support HR operations and improve the employee experience. You focus on building, configuring, integrating, testing, and deploying working solutions, while ensuring alignment with project goals and architectural requirements.
Must Have Skills- 5-7 years of hands‑on Service Now development and configuration experience, including custom development and integration, with at least 2-3 years of Service Now HRSD experience
- Demonstrated understanding of Service Now architectural design principles and implementation best practices
- Experience with integrations between Service Now and other tools/systems
- Proven working experience implementing, updating, testing and supporting core Service Now components; understanding of Service Now implementation end to end cycle
- Experience writing clear and comprehensive technical documentation and ability to create analytical reporting
- CIS‑HR and/or Administrator certification required
- Development experience working with SAP Success Factors HCM
- Deep expertise in data architecture, data modeling, cloud technologies (e.g., GCP, Azure), and modern integration patterns
- Hands‑on experience in programming such as Java, Python, REST/SOAP web services, JSON and database concepts
- Experience working with Genesys Telephony System
- CIS‑HR and/or Administrator certification required. Service Now Developer, Certified Application Developer (CAD), is an asset

Excellent functional and technical knowledge of Service Now processes and modules, including but not limited to:
Document Management, Knowledge, Employee Portal, HR (Case Management, Lifecycle, Journey design, Dashboards & Reports), and Universal request (asset).
