Drive technical leadership as a Tech Lead/Architect focused on Azure and .NET technologies in Toronto, ON. Create impactful cloud solutions while mentoring a hybrid team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture and development of Azure solutions
• Design and implement secure, scalable cloud services
• Mentor a team and oversee technical decisions
• Translate business needs into actionable technical guidelines
• Conduct proofs of concept for new technologies
Requirements:
• 8+ years as a software engineer in leading roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure and .NET frameworks
• Experience with Power Platform application development
• Familiarity with CI/CD in Azure Dev Ops
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities
