In this full-time, in-office position, you will utilize your 3+ years of embedded firmware experience, focusing on safety-critical applications. Collaborating effectively with engineering teams, you will design systems that enhance the performance and reliability of medical robots.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop firmware for robotic motion control and sensing
• Handle system architecture for embedded control applications
• Ensure firmware compliance with IEC 62304 and ISO standards
• Integrate communication protocols for subsystem efficiency
• Drive improvements in firmware processes and tooling
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 3+ years of experience in embedded systems development
• Extensive knowledge of C/C++ and Python
• Strong understanding of robotics and DSP principles
• Background in safety-critical systems compliant with regulations
