This role requires a leader who can manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and guide the development team on projects
• Work with stakeholders to establish clear project designs
• Engage in active development, contributing up to 75% of time
• Ensure best practices in coding and documentation
• Support performance assessment and help foster team growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
• Minimum of 5 years in enterprise level software development
• Proficiency in MySQL and MySQL architecture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in modeling and source control
