Cognichip is searching for a Staff Agentic AI Engineer to lead architectural development and production deployment of agentic AI solutions. You'll mentor fellow engineers, define architectural standards, and deliver production-grade systems that operate effectively over time. This is a highly impactful senior contributor role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect agentic AI workflows and reasoning pipelines
• Enhance system robustness through best practices
• Implement autonomous agents with advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation
• Ensure high-level production quality and reliability
• Create evaluation frameworks for robust testing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 8–12 years in software engineering
• 3+ years developing agentic AI systems
• Experience with orchestration frameworks like Lang Graph
• Strong skills in Python and AWS cloud technologies
