DevOps Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and application deployment on AWS to support business‑critical solutions.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines that enable engineering teams to deliver high‑quality software efficiently.
• Develop infrastructure‑as‑code using modern tools to ensure scalability, reliability, and consistent configuration management across environments.
• Architect secure and resilient network solutions that support business continuity and disaster recovery objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across functions and regions to improve development processes and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Dev Ops, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture design.
• Proficiency in infrastructure‑as‑code tools, containerization platforms, and configuration management.
• Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative, cross‑functional environments.

• AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate or Professional).
• Experience with serverless computing and modern programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Background in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.

This position will be located in Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change.

• Base pay range: $86,000 - $118,000.
• Generous annual bonus/commission (short‑term incentive), and equity (long‑term incentive), comprehensive benefits.
