The team focuses on designing highly scalable backend systems that support data‑intensive, real‑time products using Go, cloud‑native infrastructure, containerization, and distributed systems.

This senior‑level backend role offers meaningful ownership and technical influence. You will work on core platform architecture that operates at scale, solving challenges related to high concurrency, system reliability, and performance optimization. Required Skills & Experience
Strong backend engineering experience building production‑grade systems
Advanced proficiency in Go or a similar high‑performance backend language
Experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale
Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux environments
Solid understanding of system performance, reliability, and scalability
Experience with relational databases and caching technologies
Desired Skills & Experience
Background in high‑traffic consumer or data‑heavy platforms
Experience with message queues and asynchronous processing systems
Exposure to cloud‑native architectures and microservices
Experience supporting AI or data‑driven workloads in production
Strong system design and architectural decision‑making skills
What You Will Be Doing
Leading backend architecture and core service development
Designing scalable, highly available distributed systems
Building and maintaining cloud‑native microservices
Developing middleware for asynchronous processing and task orchestration
Improving performance, reliability, and observability across the platform
Collaborating with product, data, and infrastructure partners

The Offer
Base Salary ranges from 200K to 400K + Equity, Bonus and Health Benefits.
