In this full-time role based in Toronto, you will design, develop, and deliver innovative Salesforce features that enhance user experience and system performance. With over three years of Salesforce development expertise, you will focus on automation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement while leading Dev Ops practices. Your solution-driven mindset will complement your work within Agile methodologies to support rapid business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce features
• Manage Salesforce Lightning components for high-quality performance
• Lead Dev Ops practices and improve deployment efficiency
• Troubleshoot application issues and enhance processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Scrum ceremonies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and OOP principles
• Advanced Salesforce certification preferred
