In this full-time role, you will leverage your 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails and your deep knowledge of databases to lead the planning, design, and deployment of software solutions. You will be instrumental in providing feedback and coaching to junior engineers while ensuring high-quality code and production reliability within a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality, well-tested Ruby on Rails code

• Maintain software quality and production reliability

• Participate in architectural planning and code reviews

• Design, integrate, and unit test new features

• Update progress using Jira or Kanban board

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience

• Strong knowledge of MySQL or Postgres

• Familiarity with React

JS and frontend technologies

• Excellent communication skills
