Software Developer at Meridian

Position: Contract Software Developer at Meridian
Accelerate API integrations as a Contract Software Developer at Meridian in Toronto. Leverage Azure to build secure and reliable cloud services that enhance user experiences.

This six-month contract role involves hands-on development, testing, and hardening of cloud services integrated into a larger architecture. You will collaborate with delivery leads and platform teams to adopt trusted engineering patterns. Strong communication and independent work are essential as you deliver reliable APIs using Azure API Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Azure Functions for mission-critical integrations

• Develop APIs using Azure API Management

• Implement secure authentication flows with OAuth2/OIDC

• Create CI/CD pipelines in Azure Dev Ops

• Collaborate with architects to ensure design alignment

Requirements:

• Solid experience with Azure API Management and .NET

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices in Azure Dev Ops

• Proven ability in cloud services and application instrumentation

• Strong testing discipline including security testing

• Comfortable working with Azure Key Vault and App Insights
