Position: Software Developer Contract with Ontario Government
Elevate your coding skills as a Software Developer for the Ontario Government in Toronto. This 12-month on-site contract involves creating robust web applications and resolving software issues efficiently.

As a Junior Software Developer, you will engage in designing and enhancing web applications. You’ll diagnose application problems, develop components, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

Your role will include working collaboratively with various stakeholders to meet functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and enhance diverse web applications

• Resolve technical performance issues promptly

• Analyze system requirements for effective reporting

• Collaborate with QA specialists on project enhancements

• Utilize Azure Dev Ops for project deployment

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of C# and .NET Framework 4.8

• Experience in client-side technologies like Angular

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (AODA, WCAG AA)

• Familiarity with Oracle databases and PL/SQL

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
