Drive innovation as an Integration Engineer with Vancity, focusing on enhancing Interac e-Transfer's API functionality. Help deliver seamless real-time payment experiences for all members.
You will collaborate closely with the Integration Tech Lead while applying your extensive knowledge in API development and integrations. Your expertise in .NET/C#, Azure Functions, and microservices will be essential in creating and deploying integration services aligned with best practices and security standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring the platform supports Canada's Real-Time Rail initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver integration services under technical guidance
• Implement microservices components and maintain quality APIs
• Develop low-level design documentation for API contracts
• Build reusable libraries and frameworks for effective development
• Implement observability practices for monitoring and logging
Requirements:
• Over 8 years of integration and API development experience
• Strong hands-on skills in .NET / C# and Azure integration
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with secure coding practices and API standards
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes in Azure
